合成與反應

它可由N-(2-硝基苯基)甘氨酸甲酯和連二亞硫酸鈉二甲基亞碸中反應得到,[1]或由鄰苯二胺氯乙酸在氨水中加熱製得。[4]

它在乙酸銅催化下可以被氧氣氧化為2-喹喔啉酮維基數據所列Q27118020[5]
