刪去三段錯誤內容

我在[1]中刪除了三段內容，分別的原因如下：

• 本條目為 permanent residency（永久居留權），本來就與 right of abode（居留權）是兩個不同類的東西。英國對應永久居留權的東西叫 Indefinite leave to remain（無限期居留），參見 en:Indefinite leave to remain 的第一句話：

Indefinite leave to remain (ILR) or permanent residency (PR) is an immigration status ...
翻譯：無限期居留（ILR），或稱 永久居留權（PR），是……

所以第一段被刪除的內容「『永久居留權』……可簡稱為『居留權』 (英文為Right of Abode)」本身就已經錯了，也和原文中已有的「美加永久居民的涵義和英國法典的『無限期居留』（英文為Indefinite Leave to Remain, 簡稱ILR）概念類似」自相矛盾；

• 如前述，permanent residency 和 right of abode 是兩個不同的東西，本條目只介紹前者，至於前者與 right of abode 之區別並非本條目重點。在本條目首段定義部分引入不必要的混淆之後，又強調二者區別，反倒會誤導讀者認為 right of abode 是一種特殊的 permanent residency；
• 「但在其它國家或在香港，永久居民與中國公民權可以等同。雖然永久居民中，也可以擁有其它國家國籍。」：這一句其實沒有必要強調，因為各個國家的永久居民都是「可以擁有其他國籍」。不過永久居民反過來可能擁有公民權的特例（如香港永久居民），可能是原作者想表達的意思，不過原句文法有些拙劣，我也進行了改寫。

基於以上原因，我予以了修正[2]。

此外，我還注意到@文庙：曾試圖在美國永久居民中加入類似內容，來對比美國綠卡和英國Right of abode的區別，似乎是想表達」美國和英國的永久居留區別甚大，後者不受移民局管制、沒有移民監「之意。但是如上所述，這兩個東西（一個是 permanent residency，一個是 right of abode）本來就不是一類東西，不應拿來對比，要對比的話應該是美國綠卡和 Indefinite leave to remain（無限期居留）這兩個同類事物來對比，而這兩者其實都有移民監要求。英國無限期居留可由英國政府 The Immigration (Leave to Enter and Remain) Order 2000 原文 4(a)佐證：

(4) Leave which does not lapse under paragraph (2) shall remain in force either indefinitely (if it is unlimited) or until the date on which it would otherwise have expired (if limited), but (a) where the holder has stayed outside the United Kingdom for a continuous period of more than two years, the leave (where the leave is unlimited) or any leave then remaining (where the leave is limited) shall thereupon lapse; and ...

因此我對文廟加入的內容進行了一些調整，保留了其關於綠卡有效期、可能被吊銷資格等的內容，但是移除了綠卡和 Right of abode 的對比[3]。 AHEXP（留言） 2021年3月1日 (一) 08:03 (UTC)
