三重再攝取抑制劑

血清素-去甲腎上腺素-多巴胺再攝取抑制劑(英語:serotonin–norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitorSNDRI),也稱作三重再攝取抑制劑TRI),是多種單胺神經遞質再攝取抑制劑,原理為通過抑制5-羥色胺轉運體去甲腎上腺素轉運體多巴胺轉運體體來分別抑制5-羥色胺去甲腎上腺素多巴胺的再攝取。這個作用會增加這些神經遞質在突觸間隙的濃度。

SNDRI作為一系列疾病的藥物候選而被開發,如抗憂鬱劑[1][2][3][4][5] 和治療肥胖可卡因成癮注意力缺陷/過動症(ADHD)及慢性疼痛的藥物。SNDRI作為選擇性血清素再吸收抑制劑(SSRIs)及血清素-去甲腎上腺素再吸收抑制劑(SNRIs)的延伸,增加了多巴胺再吸收抑制作用,這被認為具有增加療效的可能,但副作用藥物濫用的可能也隨之增加。
