《威爾與格蕾絲》（英語：Will & Grace）是一部美國處境喜劇，根據《威廉·杜魯門與格蕾絲·阿德勒之間的關係》改編，故事被設定發生在紐約市。該劇自1998年9月21日起在美國全國廣播公司播出，於2006年5月18日全劇終，合計播出八季。該劇是同性戀題材中較為知名的電視劇。2017年9月28日，本劇全新第9季正式首播。

儘管《威爾與格蕾絲》在開始時由於對同性戀的描寫而招致批評，但很快便成為NBC周四晚上的主打電視劇。在其播出的一半時間裏，都穩居AC尼爾森收視調查的前20名。而在2001年至2005年的收視調查中，本劇是「18歲到49歲」年齡區間中，收視率最高的處境喜劇。在該劇播出的八年間，《威爾與格蕾絲》收穫了16個艾美獎獎盃，同時還獲得83項提名。

《威爾與格蕾絲》劇集中的大部分情節都是在當周二於現場觀眾面前錄製完成，[1] 該劇的錄製地點為CBS演播中心第17號舞台。該劇使用過的公寓造型由該劇主創馬克斯·馬奇尼克（英語：Max Mutchnick）捐出並在愛默生學院圖書館展出。[2]
