布魯克林聖雅各伯聖殿主教座堂（Cathedral Basilica of St. James）是天主教布魯克林教區的主教座堂[2]，位於美國紐約市布魯克林中心。[3]1853年布魯克林教區成立時，主教座堂設此。 1896年，主教座堂遷往Immaculate Conception.[4] 。目前的教堂完成於1903年，由 George H. Streeton設計，喬治王復興建築風格。[1]1972年再度成為主教座堂。[1] 1979年，新當選的若望保祿二世來此訪問。1982年升格為次級宗座聖殿。[5][6]
