甲硒醇鋰是一種硒醇鹽，化學式為CH3SeLi。
製備
甲硒醇鋰可由甲硒醇和正丁基鋰反應[1]，或由甲基鋰和硒在乙醚中反應得到。[2]
性質
甲硒醇鋰和2-溴乙烯基苯反應，得到2-甲硒基乙烯基苯。[3]它也能和有機金屬鹵化物反應，如和環戊二烯三溴化鈦反應，得到環戊二烯三(甲硒基)鈦(IV)。[1]
它也可在有機反應中引入其它基團，如搭配氰化碘，可引入硒氰基；搭配異丙基碘，可引入異丙硒基。[4]
