耳屏（英語：tragus）又稱耳珠^[1]，是外耳耳廓上的一個小突起軟骨結構，反向延伸至外耳道口^[2]^[3]。由於耳屏朝向後方，有助於耳部接受後方的聲音信號。相比於前方的聲音信號，後方的聲音信號在接收上有延遲，這有助於大腦辨別前方和後方的聲源^[4]^[5]。

臨床

在瘻管診斷試驗中，如患者為陽性（即存在從耳部膽脂瘤到內耳迷路的瘻），則在其耳屏或周圍加壓導致的外淋巴運動可使患者產生眩暈或眼球歪斜/眼球震顫^[6]^[7]。

外耳畸形的種類里包括在耳屏旁出現副耳^[8]。

其他物種

耳屏是許多蝙蝠品種的顯著特徵。作為外耳道口處的結構，耳屏在搜集聲波方面扮演重要角色，可協助辨別獵物方位以及導航^[9]。與此同時，耳屏的特徵可用於辨別蝙蝠種類^[10]。
