脫硫腸狀菌屬（學名：Desulfotomaculum）是蛋白腖鏈球菌科的一屬革蘭氏陽性菌。能產生芽胞，細胞呈杆狀或彎的杆狀。廣泛分佈於土壤、胃等。該屬的模式種為致黑脫硫腸狀菌（Desulfotomaculum nigrificans）。
