認知風格

認知風格認知心理學中用來描述個人思維知覺記憶以及運用知識解決問題的方式的一個術語。認知風格與認知能力(水平)不同,後者可以通過能力傾向測驗或所謂智力測驗進行測量。對於認知風格的準確內涵仍有爭議。不過,它已經是教育管理領域的一個關鍵概念。如果一名學生的認知風格與教師類似,這個學生就會有更積極的學習經歷,學習將會改善。同樣,隊員如果擁有類似的認知風格,將會使他們對於參與有更積極的感受。而認知風格的匹配將使參與者與人共事時感覺更為舒適,雖然它並不能獨自保證取得勝利的結果。一些關於認知風格的概念和測量方法仍在討論中。

  • 衝動型與沉思型
  • 系列型與同時型
  • 場依存型與場獨立型
