夏拔·摩理臣（英語：Herbert Morrison 1888年1月3日—1965年3月6日）英國工黨政治家，在內閣中擔任過各種高級職務。兩次世界大戰期間，他於1929–1931年工黨政府中擔任運輸運輸部長，1931年失去議會席位後，在1930年代成為倫敦郡委員會（英語：London County Council）的領導人。1935年重返下議院，在當年的工黨領袖選舉中被克萊曼·艾德禮擊敗，但後來在戰時聯合政府中擔任內政大臣。
