雄甾烯醇（英語：androstenol，雄烯醇）又叫「豬烯醇」是豬的性激素，有麝香味。
由於雄烯醇與雄烯酮的分子結構只有兩個氫原子的差異，因此雄烯醇在接觸空氣後極不穩定，約在2分鐘左右就會因氧化而轉變成雄烯酮（豬的性費洛蒙）。
雄甾烯醇大量存在於未閹割的公豬唾液中[1]，也極少量的存於人類汗腺中[2]。雄甾烯醇類似於性激素但無雄激素活性，人類的腎上腺分泌此物質進入體循環，但尚無對於人體的影響進行相關研究。
松露會分泌雄甾烯醇或其衍生物，這令豬可尋找到埋藏於地下的松露[3]。
雄甾烯醇的兩種異構體均帶有較輕特殊氣味。α-雄甾烯醇因殘留烷基醋酸酯會帶有檀香味。
