坦德朗（缅甸语：ထန်တလန်မြို့，缅甸语委转写：htan ta. lan mrui.；发音：[tʰàɰ̃təlàɰ̃ mjo̰]）是缅甸钦邦哈卡县坦德朗镇区的行政中心[1]。
2021年2月缅甸国防军发动军事政变后，坦德朗成为钦邦反政变武装的主要据点[2]。9月缅甸军方对坦德朗发动进攻，9月18日炸毁18栋楼房，造成上千居民流亡[3]，10月29日又摧毁160栋房舍[2][4]，上万名居民逃至乡间与邻国印度的米佐拉姆邦[4]。

Chin state is comprised of nine Townships – Tonzang, Tedim, Falam, Hakha, Thantlang, Matupi, Mindat, Kanpalet and Paletwa. New three sub-townships have been established – Cikha, Rih and Rizau respectively. Hakha is the capital of Chin state and Matupi was officially proclaimed as the Second Capital.
