大卫·普劳夫（英语：David Plouffe，1967年2月27日—）^[1]^[2]是美国政治顾问和商业策略师。他以担任巴拉克·奥巴马 2008年总统竞选的竞选经理而闻名。普劳夫曾是党派相关的竞选顾问公司AKPD Message and Media（英语：AKPD Message and Media）的合伙人，他于2000年加入该公司。^[3]自奥巴马第一天上任以来，他一直担任奥巴马的外部高级顾问，并在2011年大卫·阿克塞尔罗辞职后，被任命为白宫内部的高级顾问。^[4]

普劳夫与奥利维亚·摩根（Olivia Morgan）结婚。摩根是玛丽亚·施赖弗主持的《女性国家》（A Woman's Nation）的高级顾问，曾是美国总统艺术与人文委员会的成员，^[18]^[19]也曾担任加州前州长格雷·戴维斯（英语：Gray Davis）（Gray Davis）的联邦关系主任。^[20]这对夫妇居住在旧金山，并育有两个孩子。^[21]
