有条件释放 (羁留)

有条件释放（英语：conditional release）是一种从羁留中释放的方法。获释者仍可能被再次羁留，且较少受正当法律程序保护。[1]

在定罪后羁留的文意中，有条件释放相当于假释。

精神病患者

有条件释放可用于患有精神病的被羁留者。[2]
