电压门控钾离子通道(英语:Voltage-gated potassium channels,VGKCs)是一种钾离子的特异性跨膜通道,对细胞膜电位电压变化敏感。电压门控钾离子通道由α亚基单元和β亚基单元两部分组成,α亚基单元有近近40种成员,并进一步分为12个亚族。在动作电位期间,它们在使去极化的细胞恢复到静止状态中起关键作用。
