高加索野牛（Bison bonasus caucasicus）是栖息在东欧高加索山脉的欧洲野牛亚种。它们在高加索山脉是里海虎、亚洲狮及其他如狼及熊等掠食者的猎物。
衰落及灭绝
在17世纪，高加索野牛在西高加索的数量仍很丰富。随着人类不断的在山区发展，它们的分布地在19世纪就缩减了只余下十分之一。于1860年代，共有2000头高加索野牛，但就减少到1917年的500-600头及1921年的50头。[1]于1927年，最后三头高加索野牛亦相继死亡。[2].
混种
资料上只有一头高加索野牛是饲养的。这头高加索野牛于1907年生于高加索山脉，并于1908年送往德国，最终于1925年死亡。当时它曾与其他的低地亚种进行混种。[3]故此，它是现今高加索低地育种品系。[3]
重新引入
于1940年及1959年，一批欧洲野牛与美洲野牛的混种分别在高加索及卡巴尔达-巴尔卡尔共和国放生。一些纯种的欧洲野牛则与这些混种混合起来。[1]于2000年，这些混种被描述为另一个亚种Bison bonasus montanus。[4]
