《1844年康沃尔公国（第2号）法令》（英语：Duchy of Cornwall (No. 2) Act 1844；7 & 8 Vict c 105），又称《1844年康沃尔公国（时效）法令》（Duchy of Cornwall (Limitation of Time) Act 1844）[3]，是英国国会的一项法令。
除第39、40、53至70及92条以及附表（第I及II部）外，法令的大多数条文已由《1978年成文法（废除）法令》第1(1)条及附表1第IV部废除。
第92条
在本条中，“誓言”（Oath）及“常规租客”（Conventionary Tenant）的定义已由《1978年成文法（废除）法令》第1(1)条及附表1第IV部废除。
