咽鼓管扁桃体
咽鼓管扁桃体（Tubal tonsil）又称格拉赫氏扁桃体（Gerlach tonsil），为组成瓦尔代尔氏扁桃体环(Waldeyer's tonsillar ring)的四大扁桃腺群之一，其中包括有腭扁桃体(Palatine tonsil)，舌扁桃体(lingual tonsils)，咽扁桃体(Adenoid/pharyngeal tonsil)及"咽鼓管扁桃体"。
咽鼓管扁桃体非常接近咽鼓管圆枕(Torus tubarius)，[1] 这就是为什么这种扁桃体有时也被称为"咽鼓管圆枕扁桃体"(tonsil of torus tubarius)。[2] 咽鼓管扁桃体与扁桃体有等同的"圆环"(torus)，但是可能被视为不正确或不准确的称呼。
咽鼓管扁桃体位于耳咽管的开口进入鼻咽(nasopharynx)的后方。[3]
