历史
在2018–19年球队以前，国际米兰只有女子青年队。 [5] 2018年10月23日，国际米兰透过国际米兰女子业余队获得牌照从而成立。[4]
在2018–19年球季，国际米兰女足于意大利乙组足球联赛中角逐，季尾球队获得升班资格从而升上意大利甲组足球联赛。[6]
