多尾凤蝶(学名:Bhutanitis lidderdalii,英文俗名:Bhutan Glory)是凤蝶科尾凤蝶属的一种蝴蝶,也是其模式种,分布于中国云南西藏不丹印度缅甸泰国北部海拔1500-2750米地区,被列入中国国家林业局令国家保护的有益的或者有重要经济、科学研究价值的陆生野生动物名录[2][3][4]

形态

大型凤蝶。体翅黑褐色,尾突4枚。雄蝶翅背面黑褐色,前期有有8条波曲的黄白色细线;后是饰有黄白色网状纹,臀角具暗红色大斑,其下方黑色有3枚蓝白色斑,外缘具橙黄色斑。腹面斑纹似背面,色泽较淡,但黄白色纹更密,外缘橙色斑明显。雌蝶斑纹同雄蝶。[3]

习性

1年1代,成虫多见于8至10月。幼虫寄主为有毒性的马兜铃科马兜铃属Aristolochia)植物,包括[3][4]

  • B. l. spinosa Bauer & Frankenbach, 1998 分布于云南西北部[5]
  • B. l. ocellatomaculata Igarashi, 1979 分布于泰北[6]
