弗里茨·阿方斯·让（法语：Fritz Alphonse Jean；1956年4月22日—），是一名海地经济学家、政治家及作家，曾于1998年到2001年担任海地中央银行行长。2012年起，他出任东北省工商专业商会的主席[1][2]。
2016年2月25日，尚被临时总统若瑟莱姆·普利韦尔任命为海地总理[3]。
