罗马尼亚的匈牙利人
匈牙利人是罗马尼亚国内最大的少数族裔,其中主要为塞凯伊人。据2011年人口普查,罗马尼亚国内有1,227,623名匈牙利人,占罗马尼亚总人口的6.5%[1]。罗马尼亚国内的匈牙利人主要分布在特兰西瓦尼亚地区,这一地区在1920年特里亚农条约签订之前曾属于匈牙利王国。匈牙利族民主联盟是罗马尼亚的匈牙利人政党,在罗马尼亚议会拥有议席。匈牙利族民主联盟也是欧洲民主联盟和欧洲人民党的成员。自1996年以来,匈牙利族民主联盟参加了每届罗马尼亚执政党联盟。罗马尼亚法律保障匈牙利人权利,并允许少数族裔人口超过20%的地区的政府使用少数族裔的语言。虽然实际上罗马尼亚的匈牙利人权益保护仍有欠缺之处,但罗马尼亚的匈牙利人一直被视为巴尔干地区保护文化和民族多样性的样板[2]。
