赤祖父 俊一（日语：赤祖父俊一／あかそふ しゅんいち Akasofu Shun'ichi，1930年12月4日—），出生于日本长野县佐久市，美国地球物理学家，阿拉斯加费尔班克大学的 国际北极研究中心的创建人，并且从1998年成立以来，一直担任董事，直到2007年1月，而在之前从1986年起，他也是地球物理研究所的所长。
背景
赤祖父俊一于1953年和1957年在日本仙台的东北大学获得地球物理学的学士和硕士学位，然后于1961年在阿拉斯加费尔班克大学获得地球物理学的博士学位。他的博士论文架构在极光的研究上，指导教授是西尼·查普曼。从1964年开始，他就是阿拉斯加费尔班克大学的地球物理学教授。
他从1986年至1999年也是地球科学研究所的教授，在这段期间成立了阿拉斯加火山观测所和进行扑克坪研究基地的现代化。他在1998年成立了第一个国际北极研究中心，并且担任第一届董事，并且直到2007年才卸任。同年，国际北极研究中心的建筑也以他的名字命名，以推崇他的绩效。

赤祖父也是具名在少数党的共和党题出的美国参议院委员会环境与工程报告的700多位科学家之一在2008年和2009年的公论：超过700位的国际级科学家继续揭露人类活动造成全球暖化的异议 （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆），他提出受争议的人类活动造成全球暖化的学说。
