亞硝酸還原酶[1](英語:Nitrite reductaseEC 1.7.2.1)是催化如下反應的酶:

一氧化氮 + H2O + 高鐵細胞色素c ⇌ 亞硝酸鹽 + 亞鐵細胞色素c + 2 H+

此酶的三個底物分別是一氧化氮、水以及高鐵細胞色素c,三個產物分別是亞硝酸鹽、亞鐵細胞色素c和氫離子
