人格性

人格性(英語:Personhood),亦作人格,是哲學中指作為個人的狀態。人格性的定義在哲學與法學當中是一個具有爭議性的話題,並與法定權利、國籍的政治概念、法律面前的平等自由緊密聯繫。法學領域普遍認為,只有自然人法律主體擁有權利、被保護的資格、普通責任與法律責任[1]
