鯨魚座94（HD 19994），中文名天囷增十七[5]，是鯨魚座中距離地球大約73光年的雙星系統。
鯨魚座94A是一顆黃-白矮星，質量大約為太陽的1.3倍，而鯨魚座94B是一顆紅矮星。根據新的第六版目視雙星星表中的軌道，A星和B星平均相距151天文單位。

2000年8月7日，天文學家發現了圍繞它公轉的太陽系外行星鯨魚座94b[6]。
