富查伊拉（阿拉伯語：الفجيرة‎，羅馬化：Fujairah；或譯富查伊哈）是阿拉伯聯合大公國成員國富查伊哈大公國的首府[2]，阿聯第七大城，坐落在印度洋阿曼灣，毗鄰哈傑爾山脈。作為阿聯東岸唯一一座大公國首府，富查伊哈承擔著東岸工商業樞紐的角色[3][4][5]。

人口分布

截至2016年，富查伊哈人口達97226人，數量在阿聯全國占優（全阿聯225360人）[1]。

商業

富查伊哈是阿聯的商貿中心。城市主幹道哈馬德·本·阿卜杜拉路（英語：Hamad Bin Abdulla Road）[6]連接富查伊哈和杜拜，道路兩旁寫字樓林立[7]。受益於得天獨厚的地理位置，貨運商船可以直接從印度洋抵達富查伊哈，無需走荷姆茲海峽進入波斯灣。海岸線北部有許多圓柱形儲油罐。

富查伊哈自由貿易區（英語：Fujairah Free Zone）位於城市北部[8]。謝赫哈利法公路西邊有名叫創意城（英語：Creative City）的媒體自由港。作為媒體樞紐，2007年成立[9][10]的創意城為媒體、音樂、娛樂、活動、通信和營銷領域的媒體公司和創業項目提供效益[11][12][13][14][15]。

富查伊哈港始建於1978年，坐落在城市東海岸，毗鄰荷姆茲海峽。港區1983年投入運作，碼頭範圍時至今日延伸6.7公里[16][17][18][19]。由於地處全球主要的海運航線，富查伊哈和新加坡和荷蘭鹿特丹一道成為全球最大的加油站[20][21][22][23][24]。港區有一個油庫，其出油量預計在2022年會擴大75%[25][26][27]。

富查伊哈石油工業區位於富查伊哈港北部，可以存儲1000萬立方米的成品油。該工業區的成立有助於規範發展富查伊哈大公國石油行業，支持行業發展和投資[28][29][30][31]。園內有18家企業進駐，其中沙烏地阿拉伯國家石油公司於2019年在園內開設第二個海外辦公室（第一個在新加坡）[28][32][33][34][35][31]。

購物

富查伊哈有幾座大型購物中心，其中富查伊哈市中心（英語：City Centre Fujairah）的大型購物中心於2012年開業[6]。其他購物中心包括2016年開業的富查伊哈購物中心（英語：Fujairah Mall）、2014年開業的LuLu購物中心（英語：Fujairah LuLu Mall）和世紀購物中心（英語：Century Mall Fujairah）[8]。交易市場包括中央市場、織物市場和魚菜市場。

教育

市內設有富查伊哈大學（英語：University of Fujairah）等多所高等院校[36][37][38][39]。

旅遊

富查伊哈堡（英語：Fujairah Fort）

市內旅遊景點有經過重修的富查伊哈堡（英語：Fujairah Fort），以及附近的富查伊哈博物館（英語：Fujairah Museum）[8]。馬德哈卜泉公園（英語：Madhab Spring Park）附近有富查伊哈民俗村（英語：Fujairah Heritage Village）[40][41][42][43][44][45]。市內的伊拉謝赫扎耶德清真寺（英語：Sheikh Zayed Mosque, Fujairah）是全阿聯第二大，在市內多個地方可見，是地標性建築[46][47]。該寺可容納約2.8萬人[8][48]。富查伊哈博物館於1991年開放，藏有在富查伊哈各地發掘的文物，部分的歷史可追溯到公元前6000年，其他則出自伊斯蘭教派統治的今日。文物包括陶器、珠寶和矛頭，其中最負盛名的是公元前2500年的鴕鳥蛋[49][50]。

面朝大海的富查伊哈海灘（英語：Fujairah Beach）

海邊的濱海路（英語：Al Corniche Road）有富查伊哈國際海洋俱樂部（英語：Fujairah International Marine Club），俱樂部每周五下午都上演鬥牛活動。往北是位於法塞爾路（英語：Al Faseel Road）的富查伊哈海灘（英語：Fujairah Beach）。

鬥牛是富查伊哈的一項重大活動。和西班牙鬥牛不同，富查伊哈的鬥牛沒有鬥牛士，只有兩頭公牛頂牛角，這樣一來牛會受傷，但不會死。鬥牛活動不支持下注，也不能全家人一起觀賞[51][52][53][54]。市內的大型酒店大多聚集在哈馬德·本·阿卜杜拉路和濱海路附近及範圍內[8]。

交通

市內雙車道的謝赫·哈利法·賓·扎耶德高速公路（又叫謝赫·哈利法高速公路）穿山而過，連接著杜拜和富查伊哈兩地[8]。與高速公路相連的哈馬德·本·阿卜杜拉路（英語：Hamad Bin Abdulla Road）通往海岸[55]。

富查伊哈的主要機場富查伊哈國際機場（英語：Fujairah International Airport）位於南邊[56][57][58]，主要承擔貨運任務。巴基斯坦國際航空於2021年11月25日向機場運送乘客，是第一家運輸乘客的航空公司[59]。巴基斯坦國際航空目前每周有兩趟往返該機場的航班，從白沙瓦和伊斯蘭瑪巴德出發。
