海事無線電技術委員會( RTCM ) 是一個非營利性國際標準組織，其成員組織來自世界各地。在美國，聯邦通信委員會和美國海岸警衛隊使用RTCM標準來規範雷達、應急指位無線電示標、電子海圖和海上倖存者定位設備等系統。

專門委員會
