西那西呱（INN：cinaciguat；開發代號：BAY 58-2667）是一種實驗性可溶性鳥苷酸環化酶（英語：Soluble guanylyl cyclase）激活劑，設計用於治療急性失代償性心力衰竭（英語：Acute decompensated heart failure）。^[1]^[2]該藥物能提高環磷酸鳥苷的產量進而引起肺血管舒張。^[3]^[4]
