辛周平
辛周平（1959年7月—），出生於陝西旬邑縣清塬鄉，中國數學家，香港中文大學William M.W. Mong數學教授。[1]他的研究方向為偏微分方程。
生平
1982年，辛周平畢業於西北大學數學系，獲理學學士學位。1984獲西北大學數學系碩士學位。1988年，他獲得了密西根大學Ann Arbor 數學博士學位，導師是Joel Smoller。[2]
在加盟香港中文大學之前，辛周平是紐約大學科朗數學研究所的一名教授。[3]1991年-1993年，他獲得了斯隆獎[4]。
獎項和榮譽
2002年，辛周平成為國際數學家大會的特邀報告人之一。
2004年，辛周平因其關於非線性偏微分方程的工作獲得了晨興數學獎金獎。[5]
