錐螺科（學名：Turritellidae）[4]在生物分類學是吸螺類的一個科級單系演化支，皆為海洋腹足綱軟體動物。其物種為小型到中型的海螺，營濾食，這在腹足綱物種當中甚為罕見，但在雙殼綱物種間卻很常見。
型態描述
錐螺科物種的螺層較其他物種更凸出，而且殻口也較同樣由多個螺層組成的筍螺科物種更圓。螺柱彎曲，螺厴角質而且薄。

根據2005年《布歇特和洛克羅伊的腹足類分類》，錐螺科物種大致可以分成下列五個亞科之一。這五個亞科分別為：
