生平

馬西婭·馬勒出生在密西根州底特律，在密西根州伯明罕長大，畢業於密西根大學，之後在《日落雜誌》擔任記者。

馬西婭·馬勒創作過許多小說，其中包括女私人偵探莎朗·麥克康（Sharon McCone）。《消失點》贏得夏姆斯獎（Shamus Award）。馬西婭·馬勒先前曾四次提名夏姆斯獎。

2005年，馬西婭·馬勒被授予美國推理作家協會大師獎。
