黃狗民主黨人

黃狗民主黨人（英語：Yellow Dog Democrat）是美國政治中的一個術語，曾用來指美國南部堅定支持民主黨候選人的選民。

這一術語誕生於19世紀末，由於這些南方的民主黨鐵桿支持者「情願投票給黃狗也不會投票給共和黨」而得名。[1][2]其中，「黃狗」可能是指原產於美洲、主要分布於美國南方的卡羅萊納犬（英語：Carolina Dog）。[3]現今，「黃狗」可以用來泛指所有民主黨的鐵桿支持者，而不限於南方。
