2015年1月18日，敘利亞空軍的一架運載裝備彈藥的安托諾夫安-26型運輸機在該國伊德利卜省阿布杜胡爾軍事機場試圖降落時墜毀，機上35人全部喪生。[1][2]這起事故是敘利亞1919年有記錄以來死亡人數第三多的空難，後被2018年俄羅斯空軍安-26運輸機墜毀事故（死亡39人）超過，成為敘利亞境內死亡人數第四多的空難。[3]
事故概要
這架安-26運輸機上載有30名敘利亞士兵[4]和5名伊朗軍事專家[5]。敘利亞媒體及敘利亞人權觀察團指出本次事故是惡劣天氣或「技術原因」導致[4]，並認為飛機撞擊了電塔。[6]另一方面，與蓋達組織關係甚密的征服沙姆陣線宣稱製造了這起事故。[7][8]
敘利亞媒體公布了30名罹難的軍人名單。[4]根據敘利亞人權觀察團的報告，這30名軍人中有13名軍官。[5]
