戈利木單抗（INN药名 golimumab）（CNTO 148） [5]是一种人類单克隆抗体 ，用作免疫抑制药物 ，商品名欣普利（Simponi） 。
機制
本抗體乃對抗促進發炎的肿瘤坏死因子α （TNF-alpha） [6]而抑制之。
使用後發現 C反应蛋白 （CRP），介白素-6（IL-6） ，细胞间粘附分子-1（ ICAM -1），基质金属蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）和血管内皮生长因子 （VEGF）的水平明显降低，顯示戈利木單株抗體可有效調節發炎反應與骨骼代謝。 [7]
適應症
欧洲药品管理局 （EMA）核准将戈利木單株抗體用于治療类风湿性关节炎，乾癬性關節炎（psoriatic arthritis）和僵直性脊椎炎。 [8] 于2013年戈利木單株抗體被美国食品藥物管理局（FDA）和欧洲药品管理局批准用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎 。 [9] [10] 本藥物可經由皮下注射或静脉内注射給予。 [7]
