戈利木单抗（INN药名 golimumab）（CNTO 148） [5]是一种人类单克隆抗体 ，用作免疫抑制药物 ，商品名欣普利（Simponi） 。
机制
本抗体乃对抗促进发炎的肿瘤坏死因子α （TNF-alpha） [6]而抑制之。
使用后发现 C反应蛋白 （CRP），介白素-6（IL-6） ，细胞间粘附分子-1（ ICAM -1），基质金属蛋白酶-3（MMP-3）和血管内皮生长因子 （VEGF）的水平明显降低，显示戈利木单克隆抗体可有效调节发炎反应与骨骼代谢。 [7]
适应症
欧洲药品管理局 （EMA）核准将戈利木单克隆抗体用于治疗类风湿性关节炎，干癣性关节炎（psoriatic arthritis）和强直性脊柱炎。 [8] 于2013年戈利木单克隆抗体被美国食品药物管理局（FDA）和欧洲药品管理局批准用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎 。 [9] [10] 本药物可经由皮下注射或静脉内注射给予。 [7]
