阿拉伯角鸮（學名：Otus pamelae，英語：Arabian Scops Owl），是鴞形目鴟鴞科角鴞屬下的一種鳥類。[3]這個物種分佈於阿拉伯半島的沙烏地阿拉伯西南部、葉門和阿曼西南部。[3]目前被評為無危物種。[1]

這個物種由美國自然學家喬治·拉蒂默·貝茨（英语：George Latimer Bates）於1937年所發表，他當時認為這個物種是體型稍大且顏色略深的非洲角鴞亞種，因此將其名稱命名為Otus senegalensis pamelae。[5]其模式產地位於沙烏地阿拉伯的比沙堡。[6]2013年，有研究指出阿拉伯角鴞在形態和聲音上與非洲角鴞有顯著的區別，而在親緣關係上也較接近歐亞角鴞而非原先的非洲角鴞，建議獨立成種，隔年世界鳥類學家聯合會即承認其獨立性。[7][8]但這個物種與另一個同樣自非洲角鴞拆分的安诺本角鸮之間的關係仍未有完全明瞭。[9]

屬名Otus來自拉丁語的同名詞，指短耳鴞，此詞源自希臘語的ὦτος（羅馬化：ōtos），意為「有耳朵的貓頭鷹」。[10]:286種小名pamelae則來自當時任職於倫敦雅典娜俱樂部（英语：Athenaeum Club, London）的圖書館員Pamela Lovibond，該俱樂部的一位成員向貝茨建議了此一名稱。[10]:290[11]

阿拉伯角鴞為顏色偏淺的角鴞，其眉毛和眼周圍白色，身體上半身為淺褐灰色，下半則為灰褐色，背部有深色條紋；眼睛虹膜呈金黃色，鳥喙灰褐色，腳灰褐色。[12]在歌聲方面，這個物種的音調為明顯較非洲角鴞高而刺耳的「krreerrch」；在外觀上體型較大，跗蹠較長，羽毛對比度較低。[12][6]是一種棲息於有樹木、灌木、棕櫚樹的半沙漠地區或岩石區域，有時可能在人類聚居地附近活動的食蟲性留鳥。[13][6]繁殖方面則無資料。[6]其體長約18公分，體重62—71公克，鳥喙寬平均約6.0公釐、深平均約9.1公釐、嘴峰長平均約19.1公釐；翼長13.4—14.8公分；跗蹠約28.0公釐；尾長約57.0—68.0公釐。[13][12][6]

目前阿拉伯角鴞在2010年被估計有約3萬對成年個體，因為其極大的分佈範圍，且沒有證據顯示這個物種正面臨使其族群下降的威脅，其族群數量被認為是穩定的。[14]在《國際自然保護聯盟瀕危物種紅色名錄》中，這個物種被列為無危物種。[1][14]
