16BO133病毒是嚴重急性呼吸系統綜合症相關冠狀病毒(SARSr-CoV)的一個病毒株,在韓國的馬鐵菊頭蝠中發現,於2019年發表,其基因組被完整定序,是首個被完整定序的韓國SARSr-CoV病毒株,在SARSr-CoV中屬於SARS-CoV相關病毒,與其基因組序列相似度為82.8%。
發現
16BO133病毒於2016年在韓國馬鐵菊頭蝠的口腔樣本中被發現,此病毒株的基因組長29075nt。在SARSr-CoV中,16BO133和2016年發表、自中國吉林馬鐵菊頭蝠中發現的JTMC15病毒最為接近,基因組核酸序列相似度為98.3%,與其他SARSr-CoV相較之下,這兩個病毒株因爲ORF7b末端的框移突變而喪失了ORF8[1][2]。16BO133病毒和SARS-CoV的基因組核酸序列相似度則為82.8%[3]。
過去雖有其他SARSr-CoV病毒株在韓國被發現(B15-21病毒等),但皆無完整序列定序[4],16BO133病毒是首個被完整定序的韓國SARSr-CoV病毒株[1]。
