F4/80（也称为“含EGF模块黏液素样激素受体1”，EGF-like module-containing mucin-like hormone receptor-like 1，“粘附类G蛋白偶联受体E1”，Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor E1，ADGRE1）是一种细胞表面蛋白质，由人类基因 ADGRE1 编码，属于G蛋白偶联受体B类分泌素受体家族（英语：Secretin receptor family）中粘附类G蛋白偶联受体（英语：Adhesion G protein-coupled receptor）的含EGF模块黏液素样激素受体一员，是人类嗜酸性粒細胞和小鼠巨噬细胞的主要标志物^[5]。
