Terms of Service; Didn't Read（寓意“服务条款，未读”；缩写ToS;DR）是由社群組織的服務，旨在分析大型網站、網上服務的服務條款（TOS）和隐私权政策并为其分級。由志願者按照检查单將服务条款和隐私政策各方面评定为正面、负面或中性，審查全面案例列表後，服务會分級为甲（A，最好）到戊（E，最差）。[3][4][5]该服務由Hugo Roy、工程師Michiel de Jong和设计师Jan-Christoph Borchardt于2012年6月创立，[6]並由當時的法學院學生Hugo Roy领导。[7]
ToS;DR的灵感来自许多项目，包括Creative Commons的英文许可证摘要、欧盟能效标签[8]和阿薩·拉斯金的“隐私图标”等。
