Terms of Service; Didn't Read（寓意“服务条款，未读”；缩写ToS;DR）是由社群组织的服务，旨在分析大型网站、网上服务的服务条款（TOS）和隐私权政策并为其分级。由志愿者按照检查单将服务条款和隐私政策各方面评定为正面、负面或中性，审查全面案例列表后，服务会分级为甲（A，最好）到戊（E，最差）。[3][4][5]该服务由Hugo Roy、工程师Michiel de Jong和设计师Jan-Christoph Borchardt于2012年6月创立，[6]并由当时的法学院学生Hugo Roy领导。[7]
ToS;DR的灵感来自许多项目，包括Creative Commons的英文许可证摘要、欧盟能效标签[8]和阿萨·拉斯金的“隐私图标”等。
