瘤胃菌科(學名:Ruminococcaceae)是梭菌綱梭菌目的一科細菌。本科的類群皆為專性厭氧菌,形狀各異,有些呈杆狀,有些則為球菌。[2]
瘤胃菌科中,普拉梭菌是人類腸道菌群中豐富的共生細菌。另外許多瘤胃球菌屬的細菌也會出現在人類腸道中。[3]
