短鏈酰基-CoA脫氫酶(又稱丁酰-CoA脫氫酶，丁酰-CoA脫氫酶，丁酰脫氫酶，不飽和酰基-CoA還原酶，乙烯還原酶，烯酰 - 輔酶A還原酶，不飽和酰基輔酶A還原酶，丁酰輔酶A脫氫酶，短鏈酰基輔酶A脫氫酶，短鏈酰基輔酶A脫氫酶）是一種是一種具有系統名稱的短鏈酰基-CoA：電子轉移黃素蛋白2,3-氧化還原酶^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]。該酶催化下列化學反應

短鏈酰基-CoA +電子傳遞黃素蛋白 $\rightleftharpoons$ 短鏈反式-2,3-脫氫酰基-CoA+脫電子傳遞黃素蛋白

這種酶含有FAD作為輔酶。
