卡他唑酯（英語：Cartazolate，開發代號：SQ-65,396）是一種吡唑並吡啶類藥物。它作為複合物巴比妥結合位點的 GABAA受體正向變構調節劑，對動物具有抗焦慮作用。[1][2][3][4]它還可作為A1和A2亞型的腺苷拮抗劑以及磷酸二酯酶抑制劑。[5][6]卡他唑酯經過人體臨床試驗，發現對焦慮症有效，但從未上市。[7]它是由E.R. Squibb and Sons的團隊於1970年代開發的。[8]
