朱莉婭·米歇爾·塞拉諾（英語：Julia Michelle Serano，1967年—）[1]是一名美國作家、音樂家、口述藝術表演者、跨性別和雙性戀活動家和生物學家。她以她的跨性別女權主義著作《Whipping Girl》（2007年）、《Excluded》（2013年）和《Outspoken》（2016年）最為人知。她也是一位多產的公開演講者，在許多大學和會議上都做過演講。她的著作常出現在酷兒、女權主義和流行文化雜誌中。
個人生活
塞拉諾出生時指定性別為男性，而在1970年代末，她十一歲時第一次意識到她希望以女性身份生活。幾年之後，她開始異裝。起初，她只是自己私下異裝，但最終她公開表明自己為「男性異裝者」。塞拉諾於1994年在堪薩斯州居住時第一次參加了一個異裝者支持小組。[2][3]
