本·韦德OC CQ CD(英语:Benjamin "Ben" Weider,1923年2月1日—2008年10月17日),健美界人物,跟胞兄一同创立国际健美总会,至2006年10月29日都是该会主席[1][2][3]。他在第二次世界大战期间曾经服役加拿大陆军。
