本·韋德OC CQ CD（英語：Canadian Forces' Decoration）（英語：Benjamin "Ben" Weider，1923年2月1日—2008年10月17日），健美界人物，跟胞兄一同創立國際健美總會，至2006年10月29日都是該會主席[1][2][3]。他在第二次世界大戰期間曾經服役加拿大陸軍。
