巴格拉季昂王朝（喬治亞語：ბაგრატიონი）是一個從中世紀至19世紀初統治喬治亞的王朝，是當時世界上歷史最悠久的基督教統治王朝。一些學者認為它與亞美尼亞的巴格拉提德王朝有相同起源。在15世紀喬治亞王國分裂為三個王國即卡爾特利王國、卡赫蒂王國、伊梅雷蒂王國後，巴格拉季昂王朝的分支繼續統治著三個國家，直到19世紀早期俄國背棄《喬治亞夫斯克條約》將其吞併。此後，巴格拉季昂王朝的後裔作為俄國貴族一直延續至1917年俄國革命。
