聖休學院（St Hugh's College）是牛津大學的一個學院，位於市中心以北，矩形地塊，占地14.5英畝，北側為聖瑪格麗特路（正門）[2]，南側為坎特伯雷路（後門），東側為Banbury路，西側為Woodstock路。
學院創建於1886年，得名於聖休，當時為一個女子學院，一百年後的1986年才招收第一名男生。在2011年慶祝其成立125周年。
學院的花園面積大約10.5英畝，被稱為牛津大學最好的花園[3][4]，聖休學院也因此寬大、宜人的花園，而享有富有吸引人的聲譽[5]。
