黃體成長激素/絨毛膜促性腺激素受體
黃體成長激素/絨毛膜促性腺激素受體(英語:luteinizing hormone/choriogonadotropin receptor,縮寫LHCGR也作 lutropin/choriogonadotropin receptor,LCGR或luteinizing hormone receptor,LHR )是一種主要出現在卵巢和睪丸的跨膜受體,但在一些性腺外的器官如子宮和乳房也有表現。該受體是G蛋白偶聯受體(GPCR)的一種,既能與黃體成長激素(LH)也能與絨毛膜促性腺激素(如人類的hCG)相互作用,其活化是在繁殖期間的荷爾蒙運作所需的。
LHCGR基因
LHCGR位於人類基因組上的2號染色體p21區,接近類似的濾泡刺激素受體(FSHR)基因,長約70Kbp(FSHR為54Kpb)[7],除了與FSHR相似外,還類似於促甲狀腺激素受體(TSHR)。
歷史
馬丁·羅德貝爾與艾爾佛列·古曼·吉爾曼因發現G蛋白系統而獲得1994年的諾貝爾生理學或醫學獎。
相互作用
黃體成長激素/絨毛膜促性腺激素受體與GIPC1能進行相互作用[8]。
